1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across:

  • Sultanate of Oman
  • United Arab Emirates

2. Delivery Timeframes

  • Oman: 1–2 business days
  • UAE: 2–3 business days (max)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary slightly due to location, weather, or courier delays.


3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above 20 OMR: Free shipping
  • Orders below 20 OMR: Standard shipping charges apply (calculated at checkout)

4. Delivery Partner

Orders are delivered primarily through Aramex, our trusted courier partner, ensuring safe and timely handling of your order.


5. Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends/public holidays).


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via WhatsApp or email to monitor your delivery status.


7. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate to avoid delays.


8. Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us. Customers will be contacted to arrange redelivery or process a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.
